How I did it: I wrote entries on this goal every night... remembering all events of the day... 
at 1st, i think for first 2 months.. it was hard to find the single happy thing in whole day... i was sooo depressed...
i found myself telling to me.. no man.. see i m not at all happy today.. i can't find single thing... i have this n this problem... no. no.. i m not at all happy...
but i continue writting down at least a one thing...
when i was unable to log on 43T, for that day i wrote it down on my PDA...

but then it become a habit.. I started to find things during the day.. n started to note down in my mind, the things which make me feel better n happy..
so i got habit of looking for all positive events.. n avoid negative events...
now i have combined this goal along with the goal "5things i m grateful for" so i write down all the entries in one post...
Lessons & tips: 
Do not skip the day... write down some where...
it's not imp to write down here... but it must be jotted down...
if u skip one day.. it's O.k.continue next day..
If u can't find happy thing whole day.. Do something that make u happy & note it down.. :)))) :)))) :)))

Glad you could get over your depression :) I’m feeling a little sad myself recently and I’ve just started this today. I can feel it working already!
