How to have a daily meditation routine
"This is not hard as long as you have a way to remember."
How I did it: I made a checklist of things that I wanted to do every day, including meditation in the morning and evening. I made the checklist in a speadsheet, so I could easily print more off when I need them.
All I do is look at the checklist every day, and try to tick everything off. In the case of meditation I write how long I did it for. I time myself using a travel alarm clock that cost a few pounds, and is useful for lots of other things too!
Lessons & tips: Make sure you have something to remind you!
Keep track of whether you're doing it or not.
