How to lose 5 kg
"Very slow progress, but have learnt to like myself along the way too."
How I did it: The first few months was just yo-yoing weight, but finally the old cardio-weights-not eating lard routine worked (funnily enough). It was very slow going because of PCOS and I wasn't terribly gung-ho about it, but hey, I'm under my goal weight (49.5 kg as of last night)!
Lessons & tips: Do weights - they're worth it. And try not to be too neurotic about losing x amount by x time... that might work for some but it just depressed me.
