How to get fit
How I did it: I started doing karate... it involves alot of physical training and fitness as well as self defence. I also started wall climbing and running. Its so much easier when you train with a friend, and running with my dad gave me a chance to spend more time with him as well as getting fitter.
Lessons & tips: the hardest thing is starting. and it's easier if you join a group where you're competing and being encouraged.
Resources: other people helped me! running with my dad and going wall climbing with my best friend.
