How I did it: I wish I had a great story for this goal, but I don't.  Thanks to Uncle Sam I was able to reach my $5K goal. I was going to spend half and save half, but I decided to save it all so I could reach my goal!  I'll keep saving on a regular basis to continue building my nest egg!!

Resources: If you get a "gift" from Uncle Sam, don't blow it on a flat screen or a Wii...LOL, put it in savings!!
