Are they both you? Wow! I mean, the body is different, yeah, but even your face looks different. You look so much more alive in your “after,” with an inner joy not seen in the before picture. wow wow wow. So inspiring.

I am always amazed at the difference too… Even more important than looking different is the extra energy I’ve got now and the sense of pride in having made a healthy change in my life.
