i did this too!
in high school!
(i forgot…)
How I did it: I broke the numbers down into four groups, with five lines of five numbers in each. Then I just took each group in turn, and memorised it!
The whole process was surprisingly similar to memorising words, in a poem format.
Lessons & tips: Don't stress about memorising the numbers. If you feel after studying them for a while that nothing has sunk in, you will often find the next day you are able to say the numbers. This is what happened to me.
If you can attach ideas to the numbers to make them easier to remember, so much the better. For instance, does a particular group of numbers make you think of a texture or colour? I found some groups looked 'spiky', rounded, or even minty! Crazy sounding, but associating colours, smells, movements or relationships between different numbers can really help.

And here on the same site is a really good way of learning new groups of numbers:

Here is another way of testing yourself, when you think you've learned your numbers:

runwim gotta say what I feel before I grow older
yup Belgian :)
I’m still swimming but not as much as before, swimming + running + bouldering + wanting to improve in each of them = too much!
