How I did it: I basically downloaded iTunes, looked up songs and albums, manually changed them, downloaded soundcrank for the album art and lyrics and then consolidated my library, which means iTunes changed the name of the archives and puts them all in their correct folders.
Lessons & tips: Find enough time for it, don't procrastinate, don't do it all at once.
