How to have a cold shower by LMusashi

"It was an exercise in discipline that I successfully completed."

How I did it: I started out just taking 'lukewarm' showers. I gradually descreased the temperature until it was low enough. It is still dificult to put myself through that, but I no longer talk myself out of it.

hmmm

interesting! have to say I’m addicted to hot showers. Have always been…just can’t put myself through a cold shower. brrrr
Might just give this a go and see if I can turn it down a bit
