How to take a multi vitamin
How I did it: I just made sure I took them, whether it be 7 in the morning or 10 at night, as long as I took them once a day, I was satisfied. I'm trying to do better about what time I take them, but as long as I'm taking them the better I feel.
Lessons & tips: Stick to the basics, a good multi-vitamin, vitamin-c, vitamin-e if you have skin issues and fiber. Fiber just keeps you moving. You want to pick a blend that works for you. Your body will tell you which ones are benefiting you the most over a few days. Just make sure you take them everyday, even if the time varies, it's the only way you'll turn it into a routine thing.
