How to lose 2 stone
How I did it: Well I really love eating so basically I didn't stop eating but I changed to food that I ate. I would cut out meat at meal time and eat more veg and instead of having a cheese sandwich I would just have salad. Cut down to semi skimmed milk instead of full fat. Just the little things that you don't really notice after a while. Gosh, I feel so much better these days I cant even describe! Also I quit smoking at the same time and still lost the weight so if you are determined to loose weight you will!
Lessons & tips: Don't quit. It's perfectly normal to have a week where you will just binge because of circumstances. The important thing is to stay focused on your long term goal and not to let a bad week stop you from completely aborting your goal. There were times when I was putting weight on again - you just gotta laugh and then tell yourself that you will loose the weight next week and then some more the week after that.
