How to drink more water
How I did it: About three years ago I saw a nice half gallon jug of juice. I love juice, and promptly drank all of it. Somehow I was still thirsty and decided to fill this juice bottle with water! It had a nice aroma of the juice I had previously dispatched of, and I really could not get enough of it. Every day I started filling up this juice bottle with water, coincidentally the human body requires about half a gallon or 64 ounces a day, the exact of my juice bottle, and carried it around wherever I went throughout the day, drinking every time I even thought about water. Now that my body is conditioned to that half gallon minimum daily I have branched out to refilling this jug multiple times a day. I was in a play that was absolutely exhausting physically, during each performance I would bring and set two or three of these bottles backstage and drink every time I had an opportunity. It is just absolutely fantastic.
Lessons & tips: Carry a water bottle around everywhere you go, drink every time you even think about water, whether you're really thirsty or not! It takes a loooot of water to do any harm.
