i commpletely agree with the exersice part, but how did you get yourself motivated? ive tried for over a year now and ive had no luck

It will make you feel good about yourself as well; the exercise is great for you! Read about glycemic and blood gluclose levels... This will help you avoid mis-information about getting fit.
Lessons & tips: If you're a male; life weights and become a cardio KING! You will be amazed at the results. However, you have to realize that being skinny is a lifestyle... What I mean is this: you must make the changes and stick with them.
