How to lose 60 lbs
How I did it: On April 1st, when I joined the gym, I was at 280lbs. By July 1st, I was at 220lbs (I'm at 215 lbs now)
What worked for me was a low carb, low fat, high protein diet, and exercise on the elliptical, one hour a day, 5-6 days a week.
Lots of turkey wraps (low fat swiss cheese, low fat mayo, low carb tortilla wraps, baby spinach). Lots of protein shakes and EAS bars (4 net carbs per bar, 2-3 grams of sugar)
Lots of diet soda... trying to switch to water now.
Lessons & tips: Go the the gym, and weight often. If you see the scale going down, it helps you keep motivated. Avoid parties
Resources: The elliptical machine, EAS Advant Edge Carb control protein bars, EAS protein powder, diet Mountain Dew, turkey wraps.
