It’s the first step that’s the hardest, you go girl! I’m the queen of tomorrow.
How I did it: I signed up for a gym membership at LA Fitness with my dad and our family friends. Then this quarter at school I am taking total fitness and yoga, so I have to excuse not to go....more like I have to go!
Lessons & tips: Find something that motivates you to keep going to the gym, like an event that's coming up that you would like to get into shape for.
Resources: Go to a gym where you know people. I found it to be easier to workout and keep going everyday when I went with other people instead of myself.
