i usually bake things to eat during breakfast. Bake healthy and u won’t gain weight. Put less sugar and less oil—and it’s DONE! =)
How I did it: Baking more often is very easy -- especially with the tasty benefits you receive from it. Even just baking boxed cake mix is very fun... in fact, you can make cookies from cake mix. One of my favorites uses chocolate cake mix and m&ms.... Here's the recipe.
1 box chocolate cake mix (Devil's Food or Milk Chocolate)
1/2 large bag m&ms
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Preheat your oven to 350F. In a bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, and oil. Use an electric mixer to mix this -- it will be VERY thick like actual cookie dough. Don't stir in the m&ms until last. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place un an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes on ceneter rack =]
You can use this for all sorts of different cookies... I personally wasn't too impressed with how chocolate chip cookies turn out using this method, but you can try it, and I recommend using white cake instead of yellow.
Lessons & tips: Don't bake too often because most baked goods are high in sugars and carbs... and those make you gain weight. I gained ten pounds.
