How to stop eating junk food
How I did it: I just don't bring it home with me from the store. Sometimes I make it or order it at restaurants, but limiting it to that keeps it mostly out of my life. It takes a long time to make a good cake and I don't eat out too much. I also sometimes buy it while traveling, which is a problem because I travel so much, but in that case I try to buy really really small portions and snacks that have some redeeming factor so they don't just make me feel completely crappy. I guess that's what made it easier: I developed health issues that made junk food affect me terribly, which is a great incentive!
