How I did it: This will sound corny! you've been warned!
1. Take any love letters, poems, rants drawing etc... and wrap it around something he gave you that is special to you.
2. Put that seeping mass of heartbreak in a box.
3. Take said box, and a) bury it or b) burn it
(I buried mine in a decomposable [is that how you spell it?] box)
4. Party with some girlfriends (or boyfriends you saucy minx)
