getting a handle on anxiety sometimes takes a multi prong approach. When the attack comes telling reality from the little scenarios playing out in your head is a monsterous task.

I’m glad you are better, doing better, feeling better. Just reminding yourself that it’s an attack and not reality can be a big big help.
