How to make a new LJ layout
It made me 
"It's unique, and it's me!"
How I did it: I took another layout made by another LJ user as a base and modified it to fit my needs. I basically changed color schemes, layout header, background image, linkings and fonts and sizes and the way entries used to go.
Lessons & tips: Be patient.
Have a good picture editor.
Learn html and CSS.
