How to identify 100 things that make me happy (besides money)
"A type of self discovery, for sure!"
How I did it: I thought a lot about how I spent my time, what I did with my friends, and the things I look forward to doing in the future. It's funny because I completed this goal like two months ago...so looking at my list is like revisiting that time in my life. This could be a worthwhile thing to do whenever you're feeling down....or you have a BIG issue in your life...you know, drama. Just another helpful form of expressing yourself.
Lessons & tips:
- After you've had a good day, think of the things that happened that made you smile. Now these are the things that should be on your list!!
- When I couldn't really think of much, I went out in my backyard. Thinking outside and looking around helped get my mind going.
- I revisited my lists every now and then and when I could add to it, I
did. When I couldn't, I didn't try to force something to appear on
the screen.
