How to fast for a day
How I did it: we fast more days of the year than not so it was easy for me beacuse my family was doing. but there was still things around the house like milk and cookies. I fasted from all dairy products as well as met. If you just change you diet a little it becomes much easier. I am fasting right now for 55 days. I eat a lot through the day and am not gaining any weight. Its amazing.
Just know that you are not alone and if you feel like having a bit of whatever it is just remember there is a higher power that can help you over come that urge.
