How to eat more home-cooked food
"The better you eat, the better you feel!"
How I did it: We were eating rubbish for a while and started feeling really tired and miserable all the time. We talked about what we could change right off, so I decided to get back to cooking because I thought it would be helpful on many levels.
And it was-it's good for your health,it's creative, it helps your discipline, your control of monthly food expenses, it's much nicer to sit and have a decent meal together, instead of nervously chewing on another sandwich, and it keeps your mind curious, always wanting to find new recipes and ideas.
Lessons & tips: Look up some old cookbooks or just browse the internet, plan your grocery shopping and your meals, and most importantly-enjoy!
Resources: Recipe books, internet, my mom:)
