How to call my parents more often
It made me 
"Even if I have nothing to say, I call my parents."
How I did it: Its always easy to call my dad, especially if I need something. Its my mom that I struggle with. Our conversations are strained.
But I am thankful for them, and I love them very much. So I will continue to call them every day.
I made my calls while I was in the car. My favorite moment is when I called my dad right when he needed a pick-me-up. I told him that he is the best father a person could ask for. I think I heard tears!
