How I did it: I lived through a chainsaw crew in the southwestern nation parks and public lands, a year of middle schoolers in Rhode Island and another year of being dirty and homeless all over the map with NCCC!
Lessons & tips: Pack light, pack a camera. Because no one you know back at home will ever believe that one time with the coyotes/falling off a bridge/alligator/falling off a roof/eating an unknown cactus fruit/running over the alligator/falling into the gulf of Mexico/all the daiquiris you drank in New Orleans.
