Congrats, and “Good for you!”. I know how ya feel- its a great feeling to accomplish this goal.
How I did it: My hubby and I are living the atkins lifestyle. I've exercised more on my treadmill and drink lots and lots of water. The Atkins website has so many recipes. It was extremely difficult giving up bread, but my hubby made some flax seed bread that tastes pretty good. (for a dog, lol) but it's better than no bread! I plan to lose even more weight!
Lessons & tips: be patient. don't be too hard on yourself.
