How to take better care of my face
How I did it: Suprisingly enough, just removing myself from an incredibly stressful situation was all it took. My face took to clearing up like a duck to water! Speaking of water, I wash my face pretty regularly too...but I think the stress relief helped most.
Lessons & tips: Take care of yourself! Your body tells you when it cannot handle things anymore. You just need to listen!
