How to run 10k
How I did it: You should of course train for more than 2 weeks (unlike me).. But I usually do it, I just decide I will run a certain race and I do it, I guess because I'm young my body doesnt mind but it is not healthy to do so.
Try to run for 30 minutes and least 3 times a week, or everyday if possible. This will allow you to get your muscles used to intense activity and it will definitely get you prepared for it.. And everything else is pretty much about determination, if you have it in you to finish the race then you will do it no matter what!
Lessons & tips: Dont drink too much water before you run because obviously you will want to go to the restroom.. It's better to run with music (then again, that's a personal choice) because it keeps you distracted and motivated.. RUN AT YOUR OWN PACE!..
