I love you.
How to lose my stalker
How I did it: My stalker was really annoying, so I just decided to stop talking to him entirely. I didn't respond to his messages, or texts, or e-mails anymore - instead, I just pretended he didn't exist. Finally, he understood that he didn't have a chance, and he gave up on me. That definitely changed my life - now, I have more freedom and I am not getting annoyed every day.
Lessons & tips: If there is someone that has been after you for a long time, and that still hasn't given up on you, you should think about whether you really don't want anything to do with that person, or if there is a chance that you actually want to continue hanging out with that person, but that you just don't like the person as much as they like you.
After you have decided this, you have two possibilities:
1. If you decide that you just don't want anything to do with that person at all, you might need to start ignoring them - which might hurt their feelings, but if they just don't stop, then that's how you'll have to do it.
2. The other possibility is that you talk to them about the situation, and that you try to explain to them how you feel. If that doesn't work, you'll have to try the 1. possibility.
Resources: It helped me a lot that my friends were open to talk to me about this whole thing, and that they helped me with advice. This way, I felt like someone understands me, and that I am not left alone with my worries.
