How to lose 20 lbs
How I did it: I finally finished this goal...I started this a long time ago and kept coming back to it but I started it seriously 6/7 weeks ago and I've reached my goal today (plus 1lb over but that will count towards my next goal).
I didn't think I'd reach it after losing 5lbs last week I knew I only needed another 2lb loss to get up to 20lbs but for some reason it didn't feel like I'd lost any weight this week so I was more than happy when I found that I'd lost 3lbs in the last week.
All I did was cut down my meal sizes because it's easy to eat more calories than you think you are. I also cut out bad things which had crept into my life more and more over the past 12-24 months.
I also drank 2-4 litres of cold bottles water everyday and ate lots of veg and just a little fruit.
Exercise wise I didn't do anything but as I want to lose more weight I know the more I lose the harder it will become so I am going to start walking (which I started this week) as often as I can building up slowly from 1-2 times a week to once a day if the weather is good.
Lessons & tips: Just make sure you cut your portion sizes down.
Drink as much water as you can and if your going out try and take at least one small bottle with you.
Avoid all high sugar drinks.
If you crave something have it...I did and I still lost weight.
