How to exercise three times a week
"an enormous time sink"
How I did it: My girlfriend got a gym membership and we started doing this. Really tried and made it regularly every other night after work. Did it for a few months, along with housemates and friends. They showed some progress after all that time, but I still looked exactly the same. Further, all my weeknights were shot, and my chores went undone, causing stress at home. I like going to the gym, but this is not paying off for the things I have to give up.
Lessons & tips: My time is a premium.
