How I did it: I lost the armature that my friend had built to start this project, so I had to start from zero. And I waited till the last minute before a big LARP event I wanted them for. I resigned myself to probably not being able to finish, but started them anyway. built the armatures, filled with "stuff", covered with paper mache, painted... Wow! I was done and they looked awesome! AND in time for the thing too! Fuckin' A!
