How to exercise daily
How I did it: I have a good collection of workout videos. Winsor Pilates, Core Rythms, The Ripped series, some Yoga, and my favorite Turbo Jam. At first I did every other day. Now I do 60 min. a day, or more. My body craves it now.
Lessons & tips: Try lots of things. When you find something you like, commit to doing it once a week. You just have to keep looking till you have enough to fill your week up.

Congrats on your success!! I’m hoping to do the same. I’ve started to compile quite a stack of various work out tapes. Actually, I just bought three more! Lol. Hard to resist at $1 a piece!
