How to add yoga to my weekly workout routine

How I did it: After flirting with yoga for almost ten years I finally found a private instructor who I really meshed with. I am training 2-3 days a week for an hour and a half with her and learning so much than I could have ever imagined.
Lessons & tips: Find a local instructor that offers private lessons
Be prepared to be sore for the first few weeks/month
Don't eat and drink much two hours before class
Be present where you are and don't try and "be" anything but what you currently are.
