How to do a handstand
"Balance"
How I did it: Everyday, I stretched then pushed some furniture out of the way, put a leaning against the wall and I lifted myself up into a handstand. When I felt that it was fairly eady for me to do it on the wall with a pillow so I don't hit my head, I took away the pillow, and went up. After a few days or that, I tried it out on the grass over and over again until I could stay up there
