How to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier

How I did it: I decided I was going to do this and it happened rather easily. Without my ex boyfriend making me chat to him online all night there's nothing making me feel like I have to stay up past 11.
I now sleep at 11pm and naturally wake up at 9am. Before I slept at 2/3am till 2pm.
Lessons & tips: If there is something or someone stopping you from going to bed, get rid. If you're anything like me, you'll have to try and tire yourself out the first few days. Uphold a strict bedtime.
