what the hell? wow. maybe I should try it. did it leave any burn marks on your feet?
How I did it: I was at a seminar that has it's audience do this as part of team-building and self-confidence exercises. They had us close our eyes, imagine walking over a cool, mossy forest floor and repeat "cool moss, cool moss" over and over.
It works! Just as they say it does...for me it felt like walking across warm, toasty marshmallows. There were people at the end spraying everyone's feet down with water to make sure nothing stuck to our feet
Lessons & tips: Do your research, seek the advice of an instructor and make sure you spray your feet down immediately afterward
