, its amazing how a goal is reached in much the same way as a house is built: one tiny brick at a time.
i say never give up because thats all that stands between you and achieving weight loss. losing significant weight in a short period is stupid and dangerous. BUT by slowly doing a little bit of exercise (combined with a healthy diet: consult mr holfords low GL book ) everyday with truck loads of patience will pay off.
