How to read every Haruki Murakami novel by 23le

"I've read every Murakami book in English."

How I did it: I just bought or borrowed each novel or short story collection as needed. I have to fill this 150-character minimum, so listed below are my favorite Murakami books, in order of how much I love them :

  1. Kafka on the Shore
  2. The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle 
  3. Norwegian Wood
  4. Dance Dance Dance  
  5. After the Quake  
  6. The Elephant Vanishes 
  7. What I Talk About When I Talk About Running  

Lessons & tips: Not really a "tip," but if you ever get the chance to go to a reading or lecture, definitely GO! He's a funny, charming speaker & he does talk about process/craft.

I also got to watch the stage production of After the Quake, which was wonderful.
