How to have my website launched by end of Spring 2009

How I did it: I took a class on building websites in Dreamweaver, decided what was the least I could get away with putting up, and launched. I had some issues with getting my site hosted, so I called the company I use and they were really helpful. I didnt' have much of a clue what I was doing, and they walked me through the whole thing.
