How to take guitar lessons

How I did it: When I was pretty young, I remember my parents having their co-worker over for dinner and he brought his guitar. He could play that one song about the blues by Whitey Ford, and I remember wanting to learn to play it. A couple years later, I got a guitar for my birthday. I was 12 years old. A month later, my mom and dad agreed to put me in guitar lessons. I did that for about four years, when I decided to stop and take dance lessons instead. It's a great accomplishment.
Lessons & tips: If you think you want to do it, then just do it.
