How to exercise daily
How I did it: Well I was always active in sports in high school, until I got pregnant. My world started revolving around my son and I kept making excuses not to work out. It wasn't until I started working out again that I realized how much I missed feeling empowered by exercise. I had been depressed and realized how much I missed working out and how good it makes me feel. I picked a start date after I got my BMI results at the State Fair health booth and it said I was overweight. I have now started trying to eat better as well and have lost about 5 lbs. I am more confident, my clothes fit better, and I've seen a change in my personality. I'm much happier when I get my exercise. It's not a good idea to workout every day though. Your body needs at least one day of rest. Also, you can't be too hard on yourself if you miss a day or two.
Lessons & tips: -Choose a start date
-Get a gym membership
-Find a machine or exercise that you like doing
-Switch it up sometimes to reduce boredom
-Don't do cardio for more than an hour, it's counterproductive
