1. lightly excersize abs, legs, and back (takes up to 20 mins, and you can do it at home)

2. be aware of your figure and posture at any time (it's  the hardest part, and you'l need to look in the mirror any time you get the chance)

3. be active, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle you'l never be able to maintain posture
