How I did it: I've been diet for all my life (most people should feel like me XD ) and in the picture I lost like 15 pounds. Now its even better!
The first thing to do is keep reminding yourselves that THIS WORTH IT. 'Cause you will want to quit five times aday whenever you see chocolate and blah blah blah..
And don't stop exercise, be strict! Do NOT pay for anything like fitness or center, just be active.
Lessons & tips: 1. Be more active, find things to do. Go out and walk, may be bring a camera with you and take pictures. Plants stuff; vegetables, flower, peony um.. anything you like. Clean your room or your house. Go out! There're like tons of things to do before you dead.
2. Don't starve yourselves from sugar. Eat what you want to, just no too much ( do not over consume it >_<) If you want chocolate in the middle of night, then chocolate it is. But just 1/3 bars of it, not 3 bars of it okay? =_=. Stay away from fried food if you can't stop yourselves and have to stuff it into your mouth. Know the limit
3. Exercise in the morning and before you went to shower in the night. Tips is that, you can't drink water after you exercise, you have to sip it just a little. Wait til your body are back to normal stage then drink water. And wait for maybe 30 mins befoe you have a shower.
TIPS: on the morning I recommend something more sport like and require more energy. Like running or walk up and down from stair or swim, for 1 hour max. In the evening do something like yoga, pilates or bodyweight. do something that will shape up you body and are more serene :)
