How to make a soundtrack to my life
"One day of searching gave me a lifetime of memories."
How I did it: First I thought of how old I was when I started relating music to events in my life. On average it came down to Junior High. I then started thinking of all the memorable events from then on. I tried to associate those events with the music I was listening to at the time. Next I found them in iTunes and put them in a playlist. I burned it and now in my car, I can stroll down memory lane whenever I want.
Lessons & tips:
- write everything down
- use the whatever means to search (myspace, youtube, iTunes, etc.)
- don't put too much sappy stuff to bring back the bad memories.
