How to walk to Rivendell by LunacyBleeding

"It gave me perspective and motivated me."

How I did it: Well, I worked out how much I walk normally and tracked those walks but I also used a pedometer for some of it until I found out that was unreliable so I moved to working it out on google maps.

I planned some extra walks early on and often kept doing so partly because of this goal. I did it partly to encourage more exercise.

This is a great goal to take on as a resolution now that the winter solstice is impending. I actually have The Shire in my 43places; I’ll just add Rivendell.
