How to have more energy
How I did it: I found out I have been anemic/B12 deficient so I am taking supplements for that. Sleep is important and so is your mental state. I also found out I have heart palpitations and since being on a medication, I can comfortable work out regularly. This has vastly improved my mood and energy level.
Lessons & tips: Listen to your body and stop if it doesn't feel right.
Resources: Natural foods, good friends and a gym you are comfortable with
