There are flowers, then there are flowers. I love to photograph flowers. My favorite is the Frangipani, but they’re all beautiful. One of my goals is to find a Rafflesia in the jungles of Sumatra. My favorite artist, Vincent van Gogh, loved flowers too, and rumor has it, they loved him back for immortalizing them on canvas. Here is a shot I took recently in Waiamea Canyon. I must’ve shot a hundred different flowers that day.
