How to stop having road rage
How I did it: I found that there are certain things that keep me mellow and happy all the time. There is great music, books on tape, or just good conversation with a passenger. There are things outside of driving that have made me a happier person, which reflects the person i am when i hit the road. word
Lessons & tips: Don't focus so much on what other drivers are doing. I would rather it take longer to get somewhere and be content, as opposed to driving like a lunatic being horn happy and get somewhere stressed out and angry. It's healthier.
