How to run every other day
"it's one of the best thing I started doing"
How I did it: I've been running at least every other day for quite a long time now. So finally I could mark this thing as accomplished. Personally, my walkman helped me a lot, I'm a big fan of music, it's really a huge part of my live. So I ran, and listened to music in the same time. This way I didn't find it boring (most people agree that running is tedious, and so do I, when I don't take my walkman with me).
Lessons & tips: If still find running tedious, and got a lot of energy, try High Intensity Interval Training. I love it.
Resources: Good running shoes are essential.
